Taste of Shetland
From the 21st - 24th June 2007

Bestafoys Catering, the outside catering branch of Herrislea House, will be on the pier in Lerwick again this year at the 'Taste of Shetland Event' from 21st to 24th June. Again we will promote local products selling Shetland Lamb products, produced from our own lamb especially for the event. Once again we will griddle our ever popular Shetland Lamb Burgers and repeat last years favourite Shetland Lamb Korma along with a new dish, Indian Beef Kofta Balls, developed at Herrislea House using Shetlands traditional beef saucermaet.

This year we are working with local bakers who are developing a 5" sesame topped burger bun suitable for the fast food market and also a Shetland Bannock with an Indian twist to go with our curries - watch this space and visit us at our stand on Victoria pier during the Taste of Shetland.
